Sales Manager - International Trade

Responsibilities

1. Familiar with international trade related processes, with efficient customer communication skills.

2. Actively participate in domestic and foreign trade fairs and industry conferences, and explore new channels to obtain customers.

3. Refine customer management, especially key customers, improve customer satisfaction and increase customer stickiness.

4. Explore the potential needs of customers and actively develop new businesses.

5. Achieve the annual sales target set by the company.

6. Internal effective communication, organization and coordination to improve the service of key customers.

7. Regularly summarize the causes of sales fluctuations and make scientific response plans in advance.

8. Take appropriate payment methods and effective means to avoid the risk of capital flow.

9. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.


Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. More than 3 years working experience, familiar with international trade is preferred.

3. Through English CET6, fluent in oral English and good communication skills.

4. Computer operation and skilled application of office software;

5. Have strong enterprising spirit and fast learning ability.

Sales manager

Responsibilities

1. Understand the main application fields of surfactant and be familiar with related products.

2. Understand the market consultation of the same industry and the trends of competitors, and actively develop new business growth opportunities.

3. Formulate short-term and long-term sales plans, and expand market share by actively developing new customers.

4. Visit target customers, track the content of the meeting in time, and explore new business opportunities.

5. Be familiar with the management process of key customers and improve customer satisfaction.

6. Analyze and summarize the reasons for sales growth and decline, and actively explore the countermeasures for business growth.

7. Organize and participate in the exhibition, expand the corresponding customer acquisition platform and market channels, and expand new customers.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.


Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry is preferred.

2. More than 3 years of sales experience.

3. Skilled computer operation and office software application;

4. Have team spirit, fast learning ability, and strong pressure resistance.
